Kuala Terengganu, 6 January - Based on its excellent track record, Roadcare (M) Sdn Bhd was entrusted with additional jobs which started in the second half of December last year and ended in early 2009.
Twelve additional projects which were awarded in December 2008 were mostly in Kuala Terengganu areas:
Due credit and appreciation should be given to all Terengganu Region's personnel for completing the works within the stipulated time. It was no doubt a challenging task, considering a wet season and an unpredictable weather in the east coast and the heavy traffic during the long school holidays.
Carrying out works at a tourist attraction area like Kuala Terengganu especially during year end school holidays was not the best of locations to work on. But as stipulated in the company's corporate objectives, maintaining client satisfaction through completion of works within time, budget and in accordance to specifications and contractual requirements is our number one priority. Congratulations to all Terengganu Region's personnel! We are proud of you! |

A total of four (4) numbers of paving sets were used to complete the works, utilising seven different subcontractors. It took considerable effort on the part of the supervising personnel to ensure the works were also completed in accordance with job specifications and schedule. Some of the works were carried out at night until the wee hours due to unforeseen weather and heavy traffic during day time.
