Roadcare (M) Sdn Bhd is a young, dynamic and progressive company, which is well-equipped to provide its clients with optimum solutions in the most cost-effective manner.

The company commenced operations in August 1999 as a consortium of three well-established companies, HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd, TH Technologies and Muhibbah Engineering Bhd.

The consortium brings together a vast experience in engineering construction and maintenance. With continued development skills and expertise, Roadcare is committed to developing a sound reputation of excellence and efficiency.

Together with our clients, Roadcare will continue its effort to achieve the Government's objective of becoming a developed nation by the year 2020 - by having a comprehensive, well maintained and efficient road network. To achieve the developed status, an efficient and cost effective maintenance strategy for roads is of paramount importance.

Roadcare MD in ISAP Technical Meeting

Dato' Hasnur Rabiain Ismail, Managing Director, Roadcare (M) Sdn Bhd, in his capacity as a committee member of International Society of Asphalt Pavement (ISAP) took part in its biennial technical meeting held on 11 June 2010 in Parma, Italy.

Meanwhile Ir. Hizam Harun and Cik Hanani Mohd Radzi from JKR-BSFJ as well as Roadcare Deputy General Manger, Pn. Nafisah Abdul Aziz, Roadcare Technical Manager, En. Muhamad Radzif Mat Hassan and Roadcare QA/QC Engineer, En. Mohamed Radzuan Khairuddin attended European Asphalt Technology Association (EATA)’s fourth conference at University Parma, Italy from 14 to 16 June 2010.

The 2010 Conference had forums, technical meetings and publication on quality fundamentals and applied research in asphalt technology, specially meant to benefit aspiring PhD students, designers, practitioners and contractors who are actively involved in the field of asphalt pavement.

EATA was established in 2003.
